The Blackheath Choir is exempt from the provision of the Act to the extent that members do not object to their personal details (name, address, subscription record, etc.) being held on the Choir's computer database. The data is stored purely for the private purposes of Choir administration. Any member who does so object should notify the Secretary of the Choir in writing.
